Margaret Hermocillo Obholz is a Southwest Kansas native. Margaret works for IMPACT Ulysses as the executive director for prevention of underage drinking, illegal drug use, tobacco use, and opioid overdose. Most recently, she is the Community Engagement Coordinator for the Blue Cross Blue Shield Pathways grant. Margaret is married to her husband, Jason, with whom she has two children, Andrew and Lourdes, and granddaughter, Poppy.

Troy Unruh serves as the Community Engagement Coordinator for IMPACT Ulysses. He has worked in the grant and non-profit world for over 25 years. He is a master facilitator and certified leadership coach seeking to improve the regions in which he serves. He is passionate about people and helping them become the best for their communities. Troy is married to his wife, Brenda, and together they have four children: Maggie, Emily, Elizabeth, and Andrew.

Judy is the Executive Director of the Grant County Community Foundation, which oversees IMPACT Ulysses. She has a passion for the people and communities of Grant County, and was part of the original committee that began a fund through the Western Kansas Community Foundation, dedicated to improving health and wellness in Grant County. A longtime Southwest Kansas resident, Judy resides in Ulysses with her husband, Ken.
